Issues and Punchlists Software
Vela Systems Issues and Punchlists software automates Worklists, RFIs (Requests for Information), QA/QC, and Punchlists using Tablet PCs. For field personnel, Vela's capabilities save time and improve accountability in creating, assigning and managing work tasks for team members and/or subcontractors. Issues and Punchlists Capabilities
General
- Create and label issues directly on the plans with itemized pushpins that can be filtered by Issue Type and Company.
- Mark-up and annotate directly on photos and plans.
- Include audio recordings and attach reference documents with each issue.
For Worklists and Punchlists:
- Inspect the quality and status of the work throughout all job phases, including creating, tasking and reporting on outstanding work automatically by responsible party.
- Create customized issue checklists grouped by logical system, area, trade, etc. to reduce time necessary to record commonly found issues.
For RFIs:
- Create and track Requests for Information (RFIs) electronically from the field using photos and plans directly
- Synchronize RFI markups with construction management systems like Constructware, Meridian Prolog™, and Primavera
For QA/QC:
- Build user-defined, guideline-driven checklist grouped by logical system, area, trade, etc.
- Automatically associate tasks with subcontractors to quickly build worklists
