VELA SYSTEMS^® JOINS EXCLUSIVE PRIMAVERA^® TECHNOLOGY PARTNER PROGRAM

BOSTON, MA - March 19, 2007 - Vela Systems Inc., the leader in enterprise-class, mobile software for the AEC (Architecture-Engineering-Construction) industry, announced today that it has been accepted as a technology partner to Primavera Systems, Inc., the leader in project, resource and portfolio management solutions. Primavera Technology Partners are an elite group of software solution providers who offer integrated solutions for Primavera's target industries.
