Beauchamp Construction Co. Deploys Vela Systems Software on the Opera Tower Project, Miami
Miami, FL, May 1, 2006 - Based in Coral Gables, FL, Beauchamp Construction Company deployed Vela Systems mobile field administration software on the Opera Tower project www.operatower.com in Miami. Designed by architect Civica, the 1.2M square foot, 56-story tower has 635 residential units. Included are 10 levels of parking and retail on the ground floor. First-class amenities and services complement the luxury features in the studios and one and two bedroom residences. To monitor and control quality, task sub-contractors and vendors, manage resource allocation, and ensure great attention to the detail, Beauchamp leveraged Vela's rolling completion list/work list/punch list module with VelaSync™ file sharing and synchronization.
